CLASSIC
MOTORKHANA
Sunday 14 February 2010
Organised by the MG Car Club.
This is the action event of the show that attracts big crowds
– and not to be missed!! Dozens of classics are put through
their paces, drivers’ showing skills that would put boy racers
and their burnouts to shame with reverse flicks, hand brake
turns and more.
Teams compete over two identical courses and simultaneous runs,
the winning team being the first to finish. This is a competitive
but also fun event. And it’s a stark contrast to the static
displays.
Motorkhana organiser: Andrew Walbran, email: mgmad@clear.net.nz,
