| COMPETITION BRIEF - TEAM
AND MASTER CLASS EVENTS
Competition judging has been broken down into two sections with results
being announced at the completion of judging.
- Have the cars in place by 9:00am
- Preliminary Judging 9:30am to approximately 12:00pm
- Final Judging 1:00pm to 3:30pm.
- Results announced after judging
PRELIMINARY JUDGING - TEAM
EVENT
A team of ten judges, operating independently, evaluate the cars in
each of the following areas:

Body Panels

Paint
-
Underbody and Exhaust
-
Chrome/Matt Black Finishes/Glass
-
Engine
-
Battery and Wiring Looms
-
Seats and Carpets
-
Dash and Inner Panels
-
Boot/Tools
-
Wheels and Tyres
Cars are also awarded age points (maximum of 40) based on the year
of manufacture, as follows:

The top six teams are then established on total team points. This
completes the judging for the preliminary section. Only the top six teams
carry on to the final Judging. There will be certificates awarded to the
teams who are not in the top six.
FINAL JUDGING - TEAM AND
MASTER CLASS EVENTS
The ten Judges from the morning are joined by two Judges to cover
Originality. The cars are re-evaluated as follows to a maximum points award
in each category.

Age points are carried through from the morning judging. The points
are totalled to establish the winning team and runners-up, plus the top
