The Promoter is The Ellerslie Intermarque Concours and Classic Car Show Incorporated. P. O Box 99-272, Newmarket, Auckland.
This promotion starts on 6th January 2020 and ends on 31st January 2020 at 4:00pm NZT, but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The prize is a 6-month subscription to New Zealand Classic Car magazine. There are 5 subscriptions available to win.
Please allow up to 4-7 weeks for your first delivery. Your subscription will begin with the next available issue.
The Ellerslie Intermarque Concours and Classic Car Show Incorporated may change the prize and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
One entry per person. You (the “entrant”) must be a New Zealand resident aged at least 18 years of age and who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.
The prize will be randomly drawn at the close of the promotion period. The winner will be notified by email and phone call within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond via email or phone within 5 days to accept the prize and if not then the prize will be redrawn.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter may publish the winner’s entry, name and town using social media or other appropriate media channels.
Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, offensive or inappropriate entries will not be accepted, however, errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoter’s discretion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion including, but not limited to:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; eg. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
from use of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under New Zealand consumer law.
The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may:
use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send emails or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion); and
disclose the entrants personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
Entrants may access the personal information the Promoter holds about them, and should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at its address set out above in the Terms and Conditions. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
By entering this competition entrants agree to receive marketing and general information from the promoter.
If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of New Zealand and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
