This form is to enter your club in the Club Display (judged or non judged), Teams event, Masters Class, Survivors class and Unfinished Projects displays of the Ellerslie Classic Car Show on Sunday 9 February 2025. This form should be completed as soon as possible to secure a good site and before 10 November 2024. Space is limited and sites will be allocated by the Organising Committee with early entries being given preference

Club Display (non judged)

8 cars maximum unless authorised in advance in writing by the Organising Committee.
sites will be arranged by the Organising Committee and early entries will be given preference

Themed Club Display (judged)

8 cars maximum unless authorised in advance in writing by the Organising Committee.
sites will be arranged by the Organising Committee and early entries will be given preference
the theme for 2025 is "Summer Holiday"

big prizes are available for the clubs who dazzle the judges with spectacles responding to the criteria!

Teams Event

2 cars per team
maximum of 2 teams per club
cars must be over 5 years old
the club winning the Teams Event will become the host club of the next event and will be obliged to provide members of the Organising Committee and volunteers for the next two years as per the Operating Principles

Masters Class

individual entry by a club member
car must be over 5 years old

Survivors Class

individual entry by a club member
car must be over 35 years old
car must be unrestored

Unfinished Projects

anything goes - "as found" or partially complete restoration
best complete with years of barn dust but half finished projects will be interesting too
motorbikes or cars, can be left on trailers

Child friendly club display *

Please note that Classic Driver Magazine is now one of the major sponsors and our media partner for the 2025 Show. Therefore Classic Driver Magazine may approach you to arrange (with your agreement), writing an article and taking photographs of your car for their magazine. If other publications approach you prior to 30 June 2025 about similar publicity of your car, please refrain from liaising with them directly and instead refer them to the Organising Committee in the first instance.
